Biography

Anosike Francis Chidi hold a Bachelors degree in Food Science and Technology from Michael Okpara University of Agriculture Umudike, a Master of Science in Food Processing Technology from the Federal University of Technology Owerri and Doctor of Philosophy (in-view) in Food Processing and Engineering from Enugu State University of Science and Technology. He is currently a Lecturer in the Department of Agriculture and also a supporting lecturer in the Department of Biotechnology Alex Ekwueme Federal University Ndufu Alike. Anosike Francis has over seven years of teaching and research in Food Science and Technology with particular interest in Food Product development, Food Value Addition, Processing of Underutilized Legumes and Weaning Foods, Food Process Engineering and Food Microbiology and Biotechnology. He is a member of Nigerian Institute of Food Science and Technology (MNIFST) and Asian Council of Science Editors. He has published in many international and local journals such as Legume Science, Aims, Food and Agriculture, Asian Journal of Dairy and Food Research, Pakistan Journal of Nutrition, Nigerian Food Journal, Sustainability, African Journal of Agricultural Research, Nigerian Journal of Nutritional Sciences and Applied Food Research and has attended several conferences both local and international. Anosike Francis Chidi has the ability to communicate freely, work under minimal supervision and also with group of researchers as a team member to achieve set goals and objectives. He has skills in general computer knowledge and data processing and is very positive and enthusiastic.
